SNES

The SNES was the second major in home console made by Nintendo and distributed internationally on 11/21/1990. This system became the leader of the 16-bit era shortly after winning what was known as the largest console war ever, Sega Genesis vs. Super NES. The SNES based it's games on a more family friendly and fun perspective where as the genesis pushed for the teens/adults and the general cool console perspective.

The SNES marked an important age in Nintendo's console history. It included the first Mario Kart, the first Luigi based game, the first Yoshi based game, the first seen Yoshi and several other firsts.

This system also sported some new gear. Among it the Super Scope and The SNES Mouse. This proved that Nintendo had an innovative spirit and was attempting to advance fast.
