The Legend of Zelda series is a fantasy/action adventure series by Nintendo that is based around the adventures of Link in the land of Hyrule, and usually involves collecting the mystic objects (medallions/pearls/mirror shards/whatever) and trying to defeat the evil Ganon (or another said villain) and save Princess Zelda. Ironically enough, despite the title being based on the name of the princess in the series, said character is NOT found in every game, and the character of Link in each is also not the same person.
