The Ghoul Medal Quiz is a short quiz about Super Mario 64 DS that is found on the DS Ultimate site. It's not a particularly difficult quiz, but it sure is a popular quiz, with many, many members having the winner button in their signatures.

[edit] Basis of the Quiz
The basis of the quiz was in fact just one line from Super Mario 64/DS, where the sign in front of the house that Big Boo wrote said:
You don't stand a ghost of a chance in this house. If you make it out alive, you deserve... a Ghoul Medal...
Since Big Boo was likely lying, or the line was put in as a joke, there was originally no medal. That is when cheat-master30 decided to write and add the quiz to DS Ultimate, knowing full well that it would fill that small void where Nintendo not giving out the Ghoul Medal had left.
[edit] Format of the Quiz
Format wise, it's not much. Just a set of simple HTML pages with red font on a black background and pictures of Big Boo's Haunt. You click a link, then if you got it right, answer the next question and click another link. It's very simple, yet rather effective.
