Yoshi's Island DS Final Level Guide
Right, since no one online seems to have a proper help guide for the areas in Bowser's Castle in Yoshi's Island DS, I am here to change this. The following information is how basically to beat the level with all five characters.
First Part
Firstly, you must jump across the platforms while avoiding the skeleton goonies dropping bombs from the air. So do so, and don't stay on the Donut platforms long while getting the coins until you reach a shed. Now, you will see a winged cloud to your right, so hit it for a flower:

The Rocket Trip
Now you head off into space. So go forward, and then take the right path of coins, collecting them until you go between two columns of planets. You will then see the second flower:

The Doors:
Now, you should reach a middle ring. Choose the next baby and path carefully!
Baby Mario: You should choose him if it is your first try at this level, as his path is very easy and linear, and involves speed more. Difficulty is easy to medium.
Baby Peach: Another quite easy one, so choose if you want a relatively easy time.
Baby DK: DO NOT CHOOSE unless you are really good!
Baby Wario: Not a good choice either, but his rooms are puzzle based.
Baby Bowser: A really good choice for beginners, as the road ahead is easy and few puzzles.
Baby Mario
When you enter the door to the next area, keep going until you find an M block, and hit it from below. A vine will grow up, so climb it to the door.
Now, go to the right and eat the Shy Guys. Jump onto the crumbling dirt platforms now and RUN LIKE HELL to the right, as Tap Tap the Golden will be chasing you all this way. As you go, collect the red coins and the two flowers that area in your path, and you should eventually, after jumping a ton of platforms, reach a gate. Go through to be safe, and then through the blue door.
Baby Princess Peach
In here, you need to take flying lessons. So glide upwards and to the right on the wind gusts, and over the piranha plant. You will then see one to the right, so hit a cloud to make a platform to land on and destroy the plant with three eggs. Now follow the gusts of wind, and somewhere in plain view are some of the coins and a flower. You will at one point also go up, so at the top, go left and down at the end to find a cloud, to hit for a switch. The rock will start falling, so go with it for the second flower. Now follow the paths of spikes by using the wind gusts until you reach the blue door.

Baby DK
In this room, you must use the vines. So swing on the first one, and then the next. Now climb from vine to vine until you reach a conveyor belt vine going along a path. Hang from it, and hang down to avoid the fire chains, and then up when you have to go above some spikes. Repeat this until the end draws near.
Note: One of the flowers, as shown below is underneath the moving vine, so use an egg to get it if you are aiming for 100%.

Baby Wario
Now comes the puzzle room. Go into the main area, and go up the metal platforms to enter into Wario's area. Here, you need to use the metal box carefully, so go up and right until you see a box barricaded in by a stake. Pound it.
Now, move the box left with the magnet, and then push it off the ledge. Below, you can then push or magnet move it to the box platform under the floor. Use the spinning platform to get this to the top. Now go up to where the box is, and drag it to the next platform, and go right to the top. Use the spinning platform to make the next box rise.
Now, at this part, use the magnet and pushing to make the box fall onto the spikes. Stand on it and aim up, shooting down the arrow. Bounce up and get the flower.
Next, drop down to the right, and move the box across the spikes with the magnet, onto the switch to reach the next area. Here, push the box off, and hit the switch when it is in mid air. Drop down, go right along the red platforms and use the metal platforms to reach the next part.
This next area has more blocks and switches. So make sure the switch falls onto the box, and hit it. Dodge the blocks. Now hit the switch again when it falls, and run right. Go up the red platforms and onto the metal platform. Ride these to the ceiling part. You can also now shoot an egg at where the arrow is pointing to get a flower. Go right to the blue door.

Baby Bowser
An easy path, go to the main room and melt the ice. Climb up and enter the door to end up in an icy world. Go right avoiding the gusties and climb the ice platforms, then cross the platforms right avoiding the gusties and bouncing off koopas to reach an area with a moving platform going down, so go with it.
Now, go right and use your fire breath to ride the next platform up to the top, melting the ice blocks to the right and firing an egg to get a flower.
After you have this, go left, and send a koopa shell to the left to make it bounce along the spikes and hit the flower, and keep going left to reach an area with Snifits. Knock these off by melting the ice and go right at the top to reach another few platforms. Ride the various platforms to the blue door, and the end of this area.

The Door awaits
Now, regardless of who you use, you are in a room with five big doors. So go right, and through the middle ring, getting the three red coins in the air. Finally, when you reach the door, do not just go up, but use the X button and up on the D pad to look up. There is a cloud there, so hit it with an egg to reveal a flower. Collect it, and check your star count. If you still need 5 more, go to the far right side of the steps to find a cloud, and hit it for some stars. Now go in.

The Final Battle(s)
Baby Bowser
Just keep pressing A to skip the cut scene, and when the battle starts, throw an egg at him. Now, jump his fire and throw an egg down at him for the second hit. Repeat this again for an easy victory.
Bowser
After another scene, Bowser will come in. He attacks by jumping, so avoid it, and breathing fire (also avoid it). When a big egg comes into the arena, get it and fire it at Bowser when he is facing you to flip him over. Ground pound. You must repeat this twice. Also, if you are too slow, he will grab the egg, and in a comedy moment, try to hit you by throwing the egg at 70mph towards Yoshi. You can jump this attack.
Giga Bowser
The final battle. Possibly also one of the best battles in the game, this has you controlling four Yoshis with each of the babies and hitting the now giant Bowser with eggs to defeat him.
So here, first dodge the fire he spits out, then when a set of eggs floats in, grab them so each Yoshi is holding an egg. Then fire at him, and all the Yoshis will fire at once, hurting the gigantic Bowser. Repeat this a few times while avoiding the rocks he throws (he will swipe his claw when about to throw rocks down) to eventually defeat him and return peace to Yoshi's Island.
