Anyone noticed that all three Paper Mario games and Super Mario RPG have moments where the characters become eight bit like in the NES game days?
Super Mario RPG
Going in a curtain in Booster Tower and out the other side turns you eight bit or something.
Paper Mario (Nintendo 64 version)
Go into a certain jar in Boo's Mansion and you come out as NES Mario.
Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door
Go to the X Naut Fortress, and enter the air vent and go down to another room, the one with the curtains. Open the curtains to turn you and your partners into NES versions of themselves.
Super Paper Mario
Get a star to turn into giant eight bit versions of your characters. There is also a koopa that gets a star and turns into a huge eight bit version of itself.
