Well, someone on Gamefaqs noticed that if you read that text on the file select screen when a game saved before Shrowser is displayed, the text which comes up reads out:
The Shroob's have been beaten! Who knew baby tears were their bane? It's time to PARTY!
Huh? The Shroob is have been beaten?
Quite a comical mistake I must say...

Lol. People need to actually learn 'sometime's when and where to place apo'strophe's, becau'se apo'strophe's don't alway's go before an 's', only in plural's, po's'se's'sive's, and abbreviation's.
I mean, for example.... look at thi's...cheat-ma'ster30's 'site and forum's are the be'st D'S 'site in my opinion... it doe'sn't look right, doe's it?
OK... obviou'sly I'm going over the top with what is known as 'Greengrocer's apo'strophe :D, but some people do this alot, especially in greengrocers, hence the name... apple's for 20 p.... OMG An apple is for 20p? Which is completely the opposite of what I think Tesco, or Sainsbury's do... i.e. don't use an apostrophe at all...

True that. Shame on Nintendo, not finding such a spelling error (I also read that the small piece of paper with the registration code from this game was flawed and said 'Mario and Luigi Partners in Crime'.
