Thats why.
Not to mention, the thing combos excessively, can OHKO randomly, AND, has a passive shield that caps damage at 6999. It can buff itself, has a ridiculous special attack, AND doubles its level. (It starts at 73 too, (146 = boo))
So, to shorten this, it kills constantly, and doesn't die. -_- *sigh*
