I think I broke my Wifi Connector. Read this and try to help please!!!!! :(

Once, I was racing people on Mario Kart Wii and my dad shut my wii off! Now every time I plug my Wifi Connector it says it malfunctioned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN ANYONE HELP!?!?!?!?!?

I might be able to buy my brother's friend's Wifi conector because he only has macs at his house. Would use it with my DS, and with a Wii when we get one.

I've disconnected tons of times on my DS before during Wi-Fi, whether it was intentional or not. I've also lost connection before while playing on my PSP (d*** SOCOM hackers and their "boot from game" codes), sometimes do to overheating, and other times due to the aforementioned reason in quotes...

But, in all instances, I've never had any errors occur. So I'm not sure what your problem is.

Hmm.........you're a lucky one. Usually, before I disconnected, I would plug it in and it would say it malfunctioned. I unplug it, and it works. But now, everytime I plug it in, it says it malfunctioned!

Zexis, maybe the wii is different. I disconnected once on MKDS because my R button failed me. And then my first battle was pretty bad, someone used infinite mushrooms and froze the game.

To some extent I'm sure it is, but you would think that Nintendo would make their systems similiar to some degree, at least as far as wi-fi is concerned.

That's not to say that the Wii has faulty hardware either. This could just be an isolated incident, but I'm not very keen on testing breaking connection with my Wii anytime soon, for safety's sake.

if my wi-fi broke I would probably scream, run around in a circle until the floor has a big circle in it, andf then pass out. But I do't think it broke for you. Maybe your connection is bad, but it probably did't break
